Matts Apps sells digital download products (PDF guides, planners, templates, and prompt packs) and an optional $12/year all-access membership for our web apps. All products are delivered electronically — nothing is shipped physically.
After purchase through our payment processors (Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad), you will receive a download link by email. If you do not receive your download within a few hours, contact us and we will make it right.
Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy and Gumroad. We never see or store your credit card details.
Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final. If a file is defective or you are unable to download your purchase, contact us within 14 days and we will either fix the issue or issue a refund.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product. Please do not redistribute, resell, or share the files publicly.
The $12/year all-access membership provides a license key that unlocks premium features in our web apps. Memberships renew yearly and can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current year.
